High Profile Joomla Sites? E-mail

Compass Designs has a short article about Presidential candidates using Joomla for their websites, specifically mentioning Democratic candidate Dennis Kucinich's campaign web site.

That got me wondering about what other "high profile" Joomla sites there are out there. To be honest, the majority of Joomla sites I see (links in Joomla gallerys, etc.) are both low-profile sites, and not very original or pretty at that (hey, this site is no exception).

The Joomla world would be well-served to see some examples of Joomla at it's best and most visible.

So what are some "big-time" Joomla sites?

Are developers who use Joomla for high-profile, high-traffic sites afraid to advertise they're using Joomla out of fear of getting hacked or getting criticized for using an open source CMS for such a site?

A great question! 
If there are high-profile Joomla sites, then Joomla does a crappy job of flagging them for promotion. Just compare to high-profile Drupal sites:
